Juup, i run across this prog on my quest for infos about ssa/ass.
But the code itself and the available specs conflict in quite some
points. Anyways, i suspended this as the current sub code in G1 would
need a major rewrite to support complex subs like ass/ssa, but
this work would be void as G2 will have a completely different
sturkture in it's vf and mostprobaly also vo code. So, currently
i'm waiting until the vp and vo layers are finished so i can
start to design the sub render engine.

With the render engine i have in mind this would be just a
matter of adding another parser.
