Hi Barry,

Is Thibaut right? Do you have any insight into this problem?

I will have a look at this over the weekend. Sorry, I haven't had time to investigate yet. I must admit that the ticket system is a bit twisted, but it was the best solution available at the time. A redesign or at least some clarification might be due at some point, though.
