hmm. i've never thought that ffmpeg12 is the reason for
no-aspect-ratio-for-mpeg bugs appearing nowdays here...
and yes, it worked in 0.60, as there is common aspect code for mpeg streams,
but new ffmpeg decoder overrides aspect ratio information.
so either we should ignore aspect from lavc in vd_ffmpeg.c for mpeg 1/2,
or fix libavcodec to report correct aspect info for mpeg 1/2 too
