Finally! Congrats on 1.0pre8!

A small glitch (I believe). I have the xvid file
in a non-standard location, and using --with-xvidlibdir
and --with-xvidincdir used to work, but now when "make"
tries to compile xvid_rc.c it dies because the -I
pointing to the location of xvid is no longer there.
My workaround was to add the xvid includes and libs
to --with-extraincdir and --with-extralibdir.

Hmm. Yes. I'm seeing this now, too with x264. It's happening because the ffmpeg build configuration system works a bit differently from mplayer's. I'm not familiar with either one, so I don't see an easy solution. Diego, are you reading this? Do you have an idea?
